Our capabilities within our 20,000 sq. ft. facility are as follows:

  • In house state of the art Solid modeling CAD/CAM
     
  • Close Tolerance Production CNC Turning of  bars, extrusions, and
      castings from 1”- 9” Diameters, with lengths up to 10”
     
  • Low to High Volume CNC Milling up to 20” x 40” x 14”, of prismatic
      shapes with 3-D surfacing.
     
  • Multi Axis Laser Cutting including: Flat sheet up to 5’x10’, Pre-
      -formed shapes, pipe and tubing. Thickness’ to 5/8 in steel, 1/4 in
      stainless steel, and 1/8 in aluminum.
     
  • Complete Fabrication of components and assemblies.
     
  • Precision forming and welding.

    • Materials we machine range from Aluminum to Inconel as well as Plastics, Tool Steels, Armor Plate and many others.
